Chicken Soup for the GMATer's Soul? [#permalink] New post 26 Feb 2011, 02:42
Hey... I just had this funny idea! You all must be familiar with the Chicken Soup for the Soul series right?

For those who don't know, Chicken Soup for the Soul is a series of books containing a collection of inspiring true life stories targeted at a specific category of people e.g. Chicken Soup for the Mother's Soul, Chicken Soup for the Teenager's Soul etc.

I'm thinking - why not create a collection of inspiring stories about people who took the GMAT!? Can be stories about their struggles, their sorrows, their motivation, their inspiration etc! It will be a one stop inspiration to all the future GMATers! :P

This place has plenty of people who have crossed many hurdles to reach their Target scores! So why not use this thread as a place to compile such stories and later convert it into an e-book!?

Think of it as an expanded version of the "Best GMAT Storie - Period" thread!

By the way, I think that's how the GMAT Club Grammar Book evolved - from a thread to an e-book!

What do you think of this? I have a lot of time at hand and I'm willing to dedicate myself to compile inspirational GMAT Stories!

\m/

Hmmm interesting concept actually. You could also include stories across all major demographics that we see in GC. This will ensure that a majority of the posters will identify themselves on both the levels - demographics and GMAT preparation.

Go for it!

We can compile the best collection from the GMAT experience section and share it in a pdf file maybe.
