Hi,

I'm currently attending Masters in Accounting at University of Central Florida (UCF).
I'm thinking about transferring to University of Florida for the same Acctounting Masters program thinking it'll give me strong application for good accounting phD program.
However, it seems having good GMAT score and GPA matters more than having Masters from good school for applying for phD.
(the reason i'm hesitant about the transfer is that I have to traverl ~2hr everyday if i transfer)

Do you think having Masters from UCF with good GMAT score (~700) and good GPA won't give me disadvantage when I apply for phD?
Or should I transfer to University of Florida?

I think that you should transfer to University of Florida.
