Circle O is inscribed in square ABCD. What is the area of

Circle O is inscribed in square ABCD. What is the area of circle O ?

(1) The length of a diagonal of square ABCD is 6.

(2) The length of a side of square ABCD is 6/sqrt2.

Does an inscribed circle mean that the the edges of square is tangent to circle always?

agree with D.
1- We know that side*sqrt2 = 6, we can find side of ABCD which is also diameter of circle
2- diameter of circle is given
