Thanks for your post. In terms of GMAT score, you are pretty close/similar to the average scores at the part time programs at Booth/Kellogg, so I wouldn't say it's a huge concern, though on the flip side, the average scores of Indian engineers do tend to be quite high.
Your experience is solid, you would just want to ensure you focus on how you've demonstrated leadership in your lead-engineer roles, how you've worked with others, how you work within a team, etc, and you definitely want to clarify your goals some-- right now it could sound a bit scattered. Finally, you'll want to think about what makes you unique and stand out from other engineering applicants, since you may end up being compared to those most similar to you.
