With your current credentials, I would consider you a viable applicant for the part-time programs you mention – with Kellogg and Booth reasonable reaches bordering on-par, and Kelley on-par. While the GMAT is a little low given your demographic, your career is clearly a strong point and a differentiating factor -- make the most of it in your applications. If you do get a higher score on a retake, it would boost both Kellogg and Booth to on-par status.
Keep in mind that part-time MBA programs
are not usually targeted toward career changers. Usually they’re for people who intend to advance in their current company, at least for a while. So present a plan for how you will obtain your target company/position if/when you do want to change.
