The sign in front of the Baker residence prohibits that anyone trespass on the property.

I thought this sentence was correct but it is actually wrong.

Anyone care to elaborate?

PROHIBITS is one command which can only take FROM rather than THAT
IF YOU ARE CONFUSING PROHIBIT usage WITH OTHER COMMAND SUBJUNCTIVE...THEN
KNOW THAT "PROHIBIT" IS AN EXCEPTION
