Hi Surabhi,

Since it was your first attempt, I would suggest you to retake your GMAT. Try to give it another shot and apply with improved GMAT scores. You will have better choice of B-Schools with an improved GMAT Score.

With 550 GMAT Score, you can apply to B-Schools like University of Cape Town, Vlerick Business School and Bentley University etc. You may also gauge your chances of getting admission to top business school by trying this amazing tool https://bit.ly/1C9o2Md

Agreed with the above - definitely consider that retake buddy. Even a 600 would make a world of difference!
