Anybody know how tough a hurdle the interviews are (% acceptance?)

I believe the interviews are important but it isn’t unheard of for the CBS adcoms to admit someone who the interviewer didn’t recommend and vice versa. My tip is to be calm and confident during the interviews. Mine grilled me about why CBS but apart from that it was smooth sailing...Best of luck!

Had the interview today, feedback submitted within an hour (had it in my inbox before I could even send a thank you mail).

Interviewer was relaxed. Key question was around why CBS.

Wondering if everyone else in this group is sponsored/family business? Didn't get a great vibe around J term.

I am in the sponsored/family business group. What do you mean you didn't get a great vibe around the J-Term?

Good luck!

Meant when I asked him about J term integration with rest of the cohort, he wasn't very positive. However, might just be me.

Anyone heard back after interviews? My interviewer told me that last time he heard back within 36 hours.

Thanks! Very frustrating but had my HBS interview last week and it went spot on so hopefully that pans out.

Whats your profile? Why the J-Term for you?

Interesting that they called you and not email. I didn't realize that was an option.

Still waiting for me. My interview feedback was submitted last Friday AM.

Then waitlist might be a blessing in disguise! Will save you paying a deposit while you wait for HBS.

I'm a McK sponsored BA, looking only at 1 year programs so its a good fit.

I think all acceptances are through calls, not emails. They're pretty quick, hope you get yours today/tomorrow. :-)

My interviewer said they try to call everyone they accept, which I certainly appreciated.

My interview feedback was submitted 10/17 so I'm starting to get a bit antsy.

That's great! Congrats. They turned around your application immediately after your interview feedback was submitted.
What are your stats and when did you get the call (timing wise)?

Congrats. You are applying to whole lot of other schools. Are you going to accept CBS's offer?
