Company Sponsored MBA: Agreement to Return? [#permalink] New post 22 Jul 2013, 13:24
Has anyone had to sign a contract or agreement saying they would return to their company after graduating? I've been looking online but I can only seem to find letters to EMBA programs stating that a candidate will be sponsored. I'm looking more for an agreement that says "Employee will return to company after graduation for x years. If not, then employee owes company x dollars for tuition sponsorship."

Thanks!

This type of agreement is very common in Emergency Services. Normally these agreements cover EMT's seeking to go to Paramedic School. The biggest difference between the agreement you want, and the one in the link, is that the EMT normally is still working for the company/city while going to school. Still this agreement should have the major points you are looking for.

The agreement starts on page 61, Appendix D.
