Just finished my Gmat exam, scored(600 Q48 V25) very low in verbal, I am a non-native English speaker, this reflects from my verbal score as well, but i need a score of 700, any suggestions or advise will be appreciated.
Can you possibly let me know what materials have you used to study. Your Q score is great... V needs major improvement. MGMAT has a new book out called foundations of verbal... I have been using it and its been helping a bunch. Its really a good foundation book and as a non native speaker I am sure it will help.
I would love to provide more feedback but I need some of your background to do so.

Have you checked and reviewed your weaknesses in verbal? What are your Cat-Scores during practice? How many prep tests did you do? After you do the MGMAT Prep Test it is quite easy to tell which parts of your verbal need improvement.

Well, that does not sound right! MGMAT SC is quite good for all the tested topics. Can only suggest to do a fundamentels analysis again to see what might went wrong if you do not have an idea by now.

This does sound odd to me as well... When you did OG questions what was your hit percentage on question #80 and above? those are 600 level and up questions according to OG archer

On verbals, I would suggest you could have a look at the e-GMAT course and enroll for the free trial. If you like it, you can then enroll for the paid version. It's relatively cheap and is targeted at non-native speakers.
Please go through the Brutal SC, CR documents on GMATClub - and also the verbal notes by whiplash, Gayathri, spidey etc - all are free downloads. You can download them here: download.php
You could go through the GMATClub SC, CR and RC and PS, DS discussion threads, which are broken down into 700-level questions and 600-level questions. You can find these links here: viewforumtags.php
Also, please go to whiplash's profile and download all the verbal documents you'll find in her signature.
All the best!
