Completely stuck!!!!! Help needed!!!!!!!!!!! [#permalink]  22 Nov 2011, 01:09

Hi everyone! I’m in despair. During half a year l cannot improve my results. There are no improvements after 4 passed tests.
July - Q48 V28
Aug - Q48 V27
Sept - Q49 V29
Nov – Q47 V28
Quant is rather good. But I have problems with time. I start random guessing after 30-31th questions. I have not found any useful time saving tips yet. Always stuck with 2-3 time consuming questions, that took over 10 minutes.

Verbal is my nightmare. I spend few hours a day solving verbal questions. All tests show around 80% accuracy rate and speed bellow 2 minutes per question. But during actual tests I start random guessing after 30-32th questions.
• How to push my score? What can be done when all possible questions in test simulator are solved and all books are read?
• I blame these new type of Sentence Correction question. Any advice where to find pull of new questions?
• All SC books I read cover only part of theory (Manhattan, Peterson, OG) . What kind of book do you recommend?

Thanks!!!!!

Which portion of verbal are you weak in ? You need to first analyze this and then see how long you are taking for each question type , if you want to raise your score you have to keep an error log to know where your weakness are and you must always review your practice tests
