As an American, I have no idea what a 60% at Mumbai University signifies--here that wouldn't be considered very good. Maybe another Indian can speak more to your academics. One key question: how do you place in your class? B-schools are looking for applicants that were competitive students, but they are less grade sensitive than other graduate programs.
Generally, you won't be very competitive for admission without two years of work experience. And you'll also need a decent GMAT score; you can look at the 80% range for those schools and get a good sense of what they are looking for. Keep in mind that Indian engineers tend to be an competivitive group due to their high representation in MBA applicant pools. Thus, you should probably be shooting for a GMAT that's in the upper end of that 80% range. My advice would be to start studying for this test soon--it's a lot easier when you're still in "school-mode" and don't have the pressures of a full-time job.
Finally, in addition to all of the above, make sure you have some extracurriculars you're involved with--schools look for students with a variety of leadership experiences that (ideally) connect to your career interests.
As you can see, it's a pretty involved process!
Congrats on your upcoming graduation, and good luck with the job hunt!
