Money aside, what is the added value of being a part of the Consortium Network or the Forte Foundation Network for business school? One school gave me a fellowship into both programs, while another school isn't offering either (but if we go solely based on ranking, would be a better choice). Should this be something I take into consideration when looking into which program to attend?

The biggest benefit aside from Money is the network. The consortium places you in a network with consortium fellows from all consortium schools, not to mention all the consortium alumni. Forte is similar. Forte I'm not to knowledgeable, however from the women I've talked to I have heard nothing but positive things. Going forward you never know what opportunities may be afforded to you because you were apart of these two programs.

Oh also, The consortium has this thing called Orientation Program. It basically gives you the chance to secure a internship for the summer following your first year, before you even begin school.
