There are two problems in this question:
1) are worrying that
2) would neglect

would is used in following two cases:
1) When its a hypothetical situation
2) When the future is in past
For example:
She thought that she would be able to finish her work.
In this sentence the prediction is happening in past.

Since in this sentence the prediction is in present hence "will" should be used instead of "would".

Also here the intent is not of continuous process hence we dont present continuous,
therefore the verb should be "worry" instead of "are worrying".
