Cornell Essay #1 asks to write the table of contents of our life. Anyone know if it means life to date or entire life? (ie does it want us to forecast the future?)??
Thanks

I think it's completely open and up to you (on purpose).

There is a character limit and so my approach would be to focus on areas/aspects of your life that you want the adcom to see.

If part of that includes a clear career goal post-MBA then I would have a few chapters for that as well.

This is definitely one of the more "interesting" and unique MBA essays out there, but it's a great way to showcase your creativity and line of thought.

Thank you both for the input and insight. It is kind of a tough essay to make powerful with so few words and requirements! Thanks again!
