It's C.

(A) for diagnosing coronary disease involving the introduction of a dye into the arteries of the heart, is now administered selectively, because it uses
-> Wrong, Underlined portion says disease is involving introduction of a dye. Actually it's 'Coronary angiography' that involves introduction of a dye.

(B) for diagnosing coronary disease involving the introduction of a dye into the arteries of heart, is now administered selectively, because of using
-> Wrong, same as above

(C) for diagnosing coronary disease, involves the introduction of dye into the arteries of the heart and is now administered selectively, because it uses
-> Correct, sentence clearly says that it's 'Coronary angiography' that involves introduction of a dye. "is" is also used for ''Coronary angiography' and this makes the whole sentence clear.

(D) to diagnose coronary disease that involves the introduction of a dye into the arteries of the heart, is now administered selectively, because it uses
-> Wrong, same as A and B

(E) to diagnose coronary disease involving the introduction of a dye into the arteries of the heart, which is now administered selectively, uses
- Wrong, same as A and B.

It's D.

Corporations will soon be required to report to the government whether they have the necessary reserves to pay the pension benefits earned by their employees, information that must also be published in annual reports to shareholders.

"whether corporations have the necessary reserves to pay the pension benefits earned by their employees" is the information to be published in annual reports to shareholders.

Moreover, "pension benefits" is properly followed by "earned by" to keep the flow of sentence.
