I agree with perseverance.

Try searching within the subforums for SC and RC. But just to offer some guidance on where to start from, here are a few links:

Complete RC Strategy Master Thread

As for SC goes, I suggest MGMAT SC since it's comprehensive and nearly exhaustive. After that for practice you can look at the SC subforum.

MGMAT SC is best for SC and sadly there is no such good book for RC..
