No.. no surprises.. it is I who is confused

D is the answer. I am not reading this correctly, please help me out.

The way I see it, D says that new research is telling us that a deficiency in
cheese products is causing measles. This actually strengthens the argument.... :?

How should I read D?

Should I go back to elementary school?

The conclusion : NO CHEESE => Disease free

if research shows that cheese deficiency actually leads to diseases like
measles...doesnt that weaken the argument.
