There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
Evidence - small roads don't have proper edge markings. Clear edge markings will help when visibility is poor and contribute to road safety. Conclusion - Annual accident rate increased slightly.

This option mentions that drivers avoided these roads at night earlier, but after clear edge markings were painted, drivers started using those roads(edge markings didn't help much) and hence the rate of accidents increased.

for most cr questions, such as , assumption, strengthen, weaken , evaluate and flaw questions, our success depend on our ability to criticize the argument before going to answer choice. we need to do criticization before going to answer choices.
do criticization, why after set up markings, accident increases. there is something happen which make the marking usless.
E provides that action which make the marking unable to compensate .
