I doubt the source. None here is the correct answer. (d) can't be the correct one - as we cant say for sure money was the motivation. Well it could be ,and it could not be as well .

Didn't give up !!! Still Trying!!

Choice D is correct
A) There never mentioned about the manners of judges
B) No support for this conclusion
C) Judiciary had the power of whether to accept the case. But there is no way to conclude whether judiciary had the powers were more or less than those had by legislature or the executive
D) Revenue was one of the considrations in accepting the case initially. Later judges invented the ways thru which they can bring more cases in their process and that increased their revenues so it can be safely conclude that economic considertion was one of the motivating forces in the expansion of juducial power. This is correct choice
E) out of scope

Although I couldn't agree with any of the answers, I cannot either with D.

I feel answer D is too strong to be a conclusion and not correctly mentioned. If D states that "One of the motivating forces for the early expansion in judicial power COULD HAVE BEEN economic considerations." Then only, i would take it right.

Very good question.
All the options except D are out of scope according to me. So, went with D.
