If you discriminate then you are Unfair.

If X then Y

Because Supereme Court is discriminating hence it is unfair.

Because X hence Y.

@Professor Actually, Thompson Peteson`s GMAT CATs have a few such circular argument CRs. Can`t conclusively say that they will not appear on test day.
