Crack the GMAT diagnositc test [#permalink] New post 07 May 2009, 14:14
Hi,

Has anyone taken the 'Crack the GMAT' diagnostic test which is available online for free? I had a score of 485 (should add 100 for the actual score since this is a low scoring system).

Any opinions of this test and how close it is to the actual GMAT?

Thanks in advance....

I believe you have found this by now. But still. This should answer your question - all-gmat-cat-practice-tests-links-prices-reviews-77460.html If you doubt information provided there, you can ask for feedback from other users at that thread also.

Thanks timetrader,

I had read that post but kind of struggling to get to a score of 700+ in the actual GMAT........
I took Kaplan tests and score in range 560-580........do u think there is a possibility to get close to 700 score on actual GMAT here........

See this: GMAT Score Estimator

Kaplan is not very well represented yet as there are only 30 Kaplan scores, but it works. I would say with your levels you are at 650 level, not 700.

Thanks BB. So still a loooong way to go........
Could you suggest some good readings for the quantative : Prob and inequalities which are the areas where I lag behind.......

As for RC: taking your advice on the books to read......SC: did many questions from OG and improved but not here yet. What do I do for that extra push in SC and CR?
