I am thinking about both the school. Here is my profile

GMAT: 690
Work Ex: 9 Yrs. (7.5 Yrs. International US,UK,Finland,Sweden,Taiwan)
Field: IT

Economist and FT ranking place both the schools in good standing within UK. While Economist put Cranfield above, the case reverses in case of FT.

Post MBA I will prefer to continue in IT with some consulting role, however, my long term goal is to be a social entrepreneur.

Although I will also try Cambridge, I think given my Indian background 690 is too low.

Any suggestions welcome.

Manchester has more recognition world-wide than Cranfield (though Cranfield is highly regarded in the UK).

Not sure how good they are for IT consulting :)

Not a very helpful reply but mt 2 cents.

cheers :beer
