HI Hjort,(I posted it as I think links are intresting for

I find your thread infinetly explenatory!!
In assessing my Gmat score will the assessors take into account the fact that I am not a native. Do you think there some sort of bonus of score, if I can call it so, to compensate my objective disadvantage....?
I think many gmat takers would like to know about it....if you already spoke of it I would appreciate the link...

Hi,

Thanks for your message. In general, admissions officers would not add an explicit "score bonus" to an applicant's GMAT score. However, they would tend to be forgiving of a somewhat lower score on the V section for a student who did not learn English as her first language. On the other hand a very low V score from an international student might lead to fears that the student has trouble communicating in the classroom.
