I am using Manhattan for CR..Should i opt for powerscore bible or this one is good?

The powerscore book is definitely larger and more thorough. If you can get your hands on it, you should

anything more on powerscore..bcoz at this stage i m gettin 8 9 correct out of 13 CRs in tests

You could simply search for CR as opposed to RC and find similar threads:

The powerscore books tend to be more advanced.

I would suggest that you just quickly go through PowerScore and then use the questions included in that book ...
