I have found that the majority of my mistakes are by not reading critically enough, and shooting half cocked into a question, or forgetting easy information so when I go back over the problems i solve them in no time. Other than a deep breath, and approaching the question more like a CR; has anyone had the same problem and how did you rectify it?
