Can someone please explain how to solve questions on circle/curve and line intersection. This topic is new to me so any idea where I can find more information on this topic.

Also, in the foll equation of a circle, how would one find the values of X and Y?
(y-3)^2+(X-1)^2 =9

Please direct any source to:
1. Standard Deviation, Means, Median
2. Circle/Line intersection

x = 1 and y = 3 and r = 3

remember the eq of circle: (x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2 where r is the radius. (h,k) is the center of the circle.
