Section A = 12 minutes;
Section B = Section C = 24 minutes (12+24+24=60 minutes).

C/A=24/12=2/1.

Answer: C.

The wording can be a bit tricky because at first when I read it, I understood that A=12 mins, B+C=12 mins. But then again A+B+C must equal 60 mins. Therefore, 60-A= 60-12=48. We know that B+C=48 and that B=C ---->each is 24.
