I am applying to Harvard DBA program in Strategy with these conditions:

Undergraduate GPA:2.4 University of Tehran (IRAN)
Graduate GPA (MBA):3.3 Sharif University of Technology (IRAN)
GMAT Score: 760 (99th percentile)
IELTS: 8.5
Work experience after the Undergraduate level: 4.5 years

What do you think my chances are for getting in?

PHD you have good chance only apply for appropriate college.

Why only Harvard ? Apply to a basket of Univs, in US and Europe. That will maximize chances of admission. Getting into a Good PhD program is important if you have a teaching-research career as your aim.
