Dear Members

We have begun to move problems into our category based system. if you have not noticed it already, we have a brand new forum for implementing a new system of categorizing problems by difficulty level.

You can continue to post here if you are not sure what category to put the problems into.

This was done in response to concerns by our members. I am determined to enforce some quality control and i will be responsible for categorising problems based on my judgement. There is also a forum where we will move the problems that are considered poorly worded or incorrect. Dont worry, please post the problems like you have been doing. But this is just a way to let you have the best GMAT Club experience. No one likes to waste time on incorrect problems and we respect that.

I encourage you to select the appropriate sub-forum to post. I am confident that this will be helpful to everyone.

Thanks Kunbol.

Just to be sure that i am clear about this objective.

Our members will continue to post here. On the other hand, the category forums are meant to help enforce some kind of order to the prep. experience. New members can start off by studying the Beginners level and when you feel comfortable, join the discussions, contribute to the community and proceed to study the next level.

This is going to be a very gradual process designed to benefit the members.

this math forum will stay and you can continue to discuss in the same way.

Hi Praetorian,

I am not sure if should be posting this here. My suggestion is that when anyone tries to solve a problem and gets the answer wrong ( or finds out that he/she got it wrong when the answer is posted ) there should be some way to click a button or a link that will automatically create a link to that problem in the personal error log forum. This way one can easily collect errored problems. I dont know how difficult it is to do this.

thanks for the note

i had thought of it when i started the error log forum. the guy that handles the IT (toyvo) is really working hard on other projects. i will put a note to him, but i am not sure if he will able to allocate time immediately:oops:
