I saw this video a while back. Truly gifted professor. While I see the point he is trying to make, I feel that B-Schools (particularly the Ivys) have a point to prove. The point is that they only take the most motivated and gifted and - as home prices + tuition costs increase - greedy students.
This will inevitably lead to a gray area between corporate responsibilty vs. profits - which is the point that Khurana is trying to make. I want to get his book to get a better understanding of his views. Yes, B-schools cultivate greed in an already rich market but I do not think that this sacrifices the overall Ivy league education - nor do I feel that they are pushing money making above social responsibilty onto their students. Simply put, money talks.
