Ok..there are two OAs....(from laxieqv and from jerrywu)
I prefer E to C.
Here are my reasons.
For C to be answer, one has to assume that companies that use Denoma's components have to depend on Denoma for most of their components. Given information, however, we do not know whether they do. Maybe, these companies have to use Denoma's components, regardless of the level of sales. Also, we need to assume the correlation between the sales of other companies and THESE electronic retailers. Electronic retailers can have other major sources of revenue.
E is better because it explains why Denoma's overall sales are low while electornic retailers may sell more Denoma products with deep discount.

must be c, because superseded models are out of scope...increase in retailers revenue is from new innovative models.
