would for unsure conclusion in the future.

Why can't it be A? If someone is convinced, doesn't that mean certainity, thus 'will' instead of 'would'?

Also, in this case shouldn't the word 'convinced' be followed by 'that' to make 'convinced that' :?

I think its (B) and not (A) because 'will' is a certain event, while 'would' is a strong possibility. someone is convinced does not mean the event can be predicted.

I am convinced that she will come tonight?
