IMO C)


If there is any doubt between C) and D) then.

D) is wordy and "from how it has been" is wordy and unnecessary without it meaning does not change.

IMO C...
guess D is incorrect because present perfect tense - "has been" cannot be used here.

Wht is the OA ?
