What is the difference between OG 11 and quant and verbal review books? Are the questions same in these books?
Do the OG 10 problems repeat in OG 11 too?

There is no overlap between OG 11 and OG Quant or OG Verbal.

I believe the overlap between OG 10 and OG 11 is only about 40% and even less between OG 10 and OG 12. But that was a long time ago and I don't really remember.
