Dilemma - retake GMAT vs Business opportunity

Guys, I've been debating for a week now and can't seem to make up my mind on whether to retake GMAT. Here is my situation -
I took GMAT last year and scored 710(Q50, V35 - 74perc), and applied to Tuck. Didn't make it and was told three things by the adcom -
1) to retake the GMAT as my score was below the average of 720(class of 2014) and that my verbal was a bit low. I took TOEFL(scored 112) after the Tuck application so never submitted the score to them, just asked for a waiver- 4+ yrs in US.
2) to interview again - Last time, I was underprepared and started lacking conviction half-way through the interview. Simply put, messed it up.
3) to improve first two essays - related to goals etc
Being dedicated to becoming a tuckie, I enrolled in knewton and started my GMAT prep again but a cpl of weeks later, a couple of buddies and I came up with an excellent business idea and we have started working on it. Now, the situation is that I haven't looked at GMAT preparation for last three weeks; since the business opportunity seems so enticing, I am thinking of giving up the idea of retaking GMAT. Would the adcom look at me unfavorably because of my still low verbal score, and not working on retaking GMAT inspite of the feedback? The business idea is such that it would take next 6-8 months to launch and I should be able to work on it while doing my MBA...btw, I've 8 yrs work ex, so if I cannot start MBA at tuck in 2013, I would rather go for an EMBA at a later point.
I'd appreciate any advice from the veterans...Thanks in advance!
