They want to be treated as equals. In state 'Y'
there is a certain company which has recently
started hiring disabled people. Company 'Y' has
started a sensitivity training program for its
employees because
A. The employees are happy when training programs are conducted.
B. The employees are schooled in the old way of treating disabled people.
C. Company Y has an image of treating all employees equally.
D. Companies which have such sensitivity training programs have a congenial work atmosphere.
E. Employees change for the better when they undergo a sensitivity training program.

While this argument would probably not appear on the GMAT as written because there are many reasons why the company could have started training, not all of them logical, Assuming that you are looking for the answer that matches the premise - that disabled people want to be treated as equals, you would need an answer that shows the training somehow helps disabled people be treated like equals

B. The employees are schooled in the old way of treating disabled people.assuming the old school way of treating them is to not treat them as equals then the training program would be used to help over come this. Again, this answer choice requires you to assume more than a GMAT answer would
C. Company Y has an image of treating all employees equally.this appears correct but if everyone were already treating them equally, the company would not need a training course
D. Companies which have such sensitivity training programs have a congenial work atmosphere.the question is looking to treat disabled people equally, not for a congenial work atmosphere so this is out of scope
E. Employees change for the better when they undergo a sensitivity training program.This does not specifically address the treatment of disabled people
