Hai GMAT-ians,
My question may seem silly but really i haven't understood the trick yet that's y

Do experience really matters when applying for a b-school or is that is should remain above a certain cut-off??
If so what is decent range of experience??IS 2 years of experience good

I saw most schools with avg experience~5 yrs?? So is it what are the chances for 2-3 years experience holder in such schools!! Are they considered par with there seniors

Please need your opinions
