Hi,
I'm IT Indian Male having gmat score 710 and 6 yrs of experience. To hike my salary I changed 6 companies in last 6 year. Do you think that will be a major disadvantage?

Frequent job changes will definitely raise a red flag. You might want to consider explaining your reason for the multiple changes in your optional essay. You should also be able to identify a common thread between the jobs (same industry, skillset, or area of expertise) and show some type of career progression.
