hi all
i was going thru the posting ,and i found that most of guys out here are from project manager level . i just want to ask one question
do i need some kind of project manger experience before appying to any colleges ?
i am working as software engineer .

You probably should not speak about all of them, but you should provide evidence of leadership and organizational ability by going into some depth on one or two of them.
