Do i need to complete all MGMAT quant exercises [#permalink] New post 17 Jan 2013, 09:29
I am studying through MGMAT Quant Guides for 2012 and want to cover OG 13th ed. + OG Quant Review.

The issue is it is taking too much time to solve the MGMAT exercises after each chapters. i.e. approx. 150 problems in MGMAT guide no.1 "Number Properties". I am also solving OG 13th ed. + OG Quant Review. I have only 2.5 months.

MGMAT advance section (Part 2) also takes a lot of time.

Should i skip these MGMAT excercises and more focus on OG 13th ed. + OG Quant Review problems?

You should try to do it all; that is how you improve. You will have to adjust your exam expectations accordingly.

You mean the drills after each chapter, I assume.

I would suggest you skip the ones that test the things you already know well (how to divide fractions, roots etc.) and focus on harder chapters.

If you do problems and see that you are missing basic concepts go back and practice some more.

Math Foundations, also by Manhattan, is perfect for that matter.
