I am a Masters Graduate in Computer Science. Do I qualify to pursue MBA finance. Please advice :)

Yes. A masters in CS definitely does not disqualify you from obtaining and MBA.

I want to do MBA in NYU sterns, as I work in NYC. When is the best time to write GMAT if I want to enroll in the fall 2007. And also what is the GMAT score I need, in order to get into Sterns. Please advice.

You need to take it right away and you probably need at least a 700.
