Do you always set up the questions on your booklet?

This is would be especially essential on the quantitative but I can decide whether I always should do this as routine.
I have come to realize following pros and cons by doing this.
Pros:
-Minimize careless mistakes
-If you always do this regardless of question, the time it takes to decide whether you should set-it up or not will not affect your hard questions, resulting more time on those since you set it up by routine.

Cons:
-Obviously not necessary for all questions and thus cost time.
