Does anyone have a link where I can learn the theory to solve these problems? I have never seen something like this before

I am slightly confused I see how we got 2^22 on the left side.
Why does 10^21*2 = what is on the left hand side?

5^21 * 2^22 = ( 5^21*2^21 )*2
= (10*21) *2 8-)

(5^21)(2^22) = 2*(2*5)^n
(5^21)(2^22) = 2*(2^n)*(5^n)
(5^21)(2^22) = 2^(n+1)*(5^n)

Hence comparing exponents of Left hand side and righ hand side

n=21
