OG13 Math Review may cover the range of topics on the exam - but it may not necessarily be enough for some people. Obviously there will be tangents and variations of the questions. The key part that stays the same in any quant question is the application of concepts - so you need to recognize important concepts and utilize them quickly.
Some example concepts that are a definite on the real test are the 5-12-13 triangles, the 30-60-90 triangles which gets you x, xroot3, and 2x in corresponding lengths. Knowing these concepts and recognizing them in problems is key. At GMAT Pill, we show you in real-time what concepts are recognized and how to solve the questions in real time.
So definitely use the OG13 book - but if quant is your weakness, don't necessarily stop there.
