Congrats buddy!! I knew you would nail it. And nail it you did!!

Wow... you must be pretty good at this essay writing. Finishing up 3 essays in 3 hours.

I'll send you those essays someday. I am sure you'd love to take back that statement :) But I am almost done with one.

What are my short term and long term girls?

Short term goal -> A lot of girlfriends
Long term goal -> Marry none ;)

I wish I could keep it that simple. Just wrote some BS. Need to fine tune that essay.

HAHAHAHA Hilarious!!!!

I'll tell you this much. I firmly believe you are at the high end of 730. I know this because I've seen many many people with lower splits get a 730 as well. I have a 50/39. But you'll see people as low as 50/37 with a 730. I think you're score is slightly higher than mine and definitely higher than some other 730s.

Am I splitting hairs? Definitely. haha

Good score!!!

congrats, thats some quant score.
i have a question- were the markers like sharpies? coz that would mean the tip is quite thick. hate writing with those!

Hey. Thanks everyone.

I am certainly not a quant whiz. In fact, I am known to make silly mistakes with remarkable consistency. So it was a pleasant surprise after all.

It was perfectly ok. The lady in my test center was willing to give me as many pads and markers as I wanted. I took 4 pads and 4 markers because I was a little paranoid. But I used only one pad and one pen.

Pen dries up if you leave it open for 15-20 minutes. So If u dont intend to use it, keep it closed. My pen dried up when I was writing my essays.

Also, if you are in and around NJ/NY area, consider the test center in Lyndhurst. The folks there were very cooperative and nice. I have no complaints whatsoever.

They are fine point and thin like pens.

Thanks again everyone....
bmwhype... They were LCD and I think they were standard 17 or 19 inch monitors... but irrespective of the size of the monitors the tests are designed to work with a preset maximum resolution and screen area. So a 25 inch monitor would make no difference.

In fact gmatprep forces me to reduce resolution in my office computer.

I havent gotten my AWA scores yet. I see that people who took GMAT after me have gotten their official scores. Does this mean that the E-rater and the human rater differed by more than 1 point in my case.

3 and a 5? I dont think I'll score 6 irrespective of who rates the essays. This sucks now!!!
