Done with the GMAT (Q49, V33) [#permalink] New post 05 Apr 2013, 21:49
Hi

After 2 cancellation and 2 years long wait, I gave my GMAT yesterday and scored 670 (Q49, V33). My target score was 690-700.
My strategy was to get 50 in Q and 32+ in V. After almost 10 years of gap, it was tough to study again. And in my last two attempt (when i cancelled GMAT), just before the schedule date either i got a promotion with change of location or a new job. When i got a new job, i tried to take atleast 1 month gap but all in vain, the company asked me to join within 1 week.

I want to thank this wonderful forum. I learned and enjoyed a lot here.

Material I used:
1. GC test, they are just too good. I completed all of them twice but they are at-least twice as hard & tough as the real gmat.
2. All OG's - 12,11, reviews etc
3. E-gmat course: Very good course. Especially for SC.

As of now not sure, whether to give it again . let's see...

Congrats fr ur achievement. I think with 670 and an even split of Quant and Verbal..u gt a shot at coll's. I do not think any coll will reject stating that u have a low gmat score....I would say think before giving next shot....
