Drawing an Equation of line- [#permalink]

Hi,
Can someone help me out- How do you plot a line when slope and only y intercept is given. such as slope = -3/4 and y intercept is 3/2.
Please explain.

slope = -3/4 and y intercept is 3/2.

y intercept is 3/2 means (0;3/2)

y=ax+b

3/2=(-3/4)*0+b
b=3/2

y=(-3/4)x+3/2
