St1: 100≤M<1000
10000≤M^3<1000000000: M^3 could have 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 digits.: INSUFF

St2:
10000≤M^2<100000
i.e 100≤M<100*√10
i.e 10000≤M^3<1000000*10*√10: M^3 could have 5, 6 or 7 digits.: INSUFF

Together:
M^3 could have 5, 6 or 7 digits.
