1. m/2 is NOT an even integer
2. m - 3 is an even integer
Please give the explanation.

Ok just before the mod moves it:
1. m/2 is Not an even interger: insufficent. m can be, say, 6 or 7
2. m-3 is even -> m is odd
so B is the answer
